The Video and Motion Graphics Artist uses a visual design or video to communicate an idea concept or story.

He is incredibly creative but should be collaborative in his approach because he often works with business teams and marketing departments come up with a workable design.

He has high-end digital skills and is an expert with interactive media software, which could include graphic design and video editing to three-dimensional animation.

He is agile at brainstorming, coming up with custom graphics that transmit ideas across digital platforms. He is also deadline driven, organized and detail-obsessed. He has top-notch interpersonal and communication skills but is also self-starters, able to work independently from a group.


As the Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating visuals and narratives with demonstrable animation skills in After Effects, Cinema4d, or other 2D/3D animation software. You will primarily support the team with animation and design for on-air, off-air and digital work.


As part of a rapidly growing team and company, you must be independent and extremely switched onto new technologies, software’s and ideas. We want someone who can turn a simple product, installation or event into a technological and storytelling masterpiece.


  • Work with the design team to generate assets, animations, design materials

  • Assist in the ideation and conception of installations and content design

  • Generate proposal resources and materials

  • Work within company guidelines for project formatting/team workflow

  • Generate video assets for interactive installations and custom made apps

  • Create animations based on design provided, or execute revisions on existing animations.

  • Contribution to the creation of innovative, well-crafted motion graphics for on-air, social media, advertising campaigns, branding and more with guidance from a direct manager or project lead

  • Clearly articulate ideas/strategies and professionally execute against feedback

  • Create storyboards

  • Finalize motion graphics assets according to provided specs

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Be trusted and relied on by internal teams and key clients

  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices



Minimum of 3 years’ experience

Experience with 3D (e.g. Cinema 4D / Maya)

Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Design or related field

Mastery of Adobe CC Suite

Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

Excellent verbal and written communication

Team player – enjoys working and socializing with different teams and people

Solution oriented

Excellent layout, colour and typography skills

Strong sense of motion and design

Strong sense of aesthetics and understanding of visual design

Motion design experience for physical spaces and large scale installations (e.g., architecture, installations, exhibits, events, retail)

Keen design sense

Flexible and receptive to critique

Eagerness to explore new software and design platforms
