Software Business Developer - DUBAI 


Buglance is a cost-saving crowd testing platform which provides companies and developers access to thousands of testers and devices. For testers, it gets early access to hundreds of games and apps, for which they get paid after each issue report.  


Opportunity to work in Buglance Dubai’s office for building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with potential and existing customers. Being the main Buglance representative, the SBM will be reporting directly to the founder and CEO.




  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.

  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.

  • Meet clients to understand their business needs, bring your technical expertise and close deals.

  • Develop & manage strategic partnerships with other industry vendors or stakeholders, with the objective of driving profitable sales of Buglance products in conjunction with partners.

  • Tracking industry contributors and their accomplishments.

  • Updates job knowledge by reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

  • Reporting sales and negotiation advancement in a timely and intelligible manner.




  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Business Development.

  • Fluent in English. Arabic will be a bonus.

  • Knowledge of the IT, Digital and Software markets within the GCC.

  • Closing Skills, Meeting Sales Goals.

  • Motivation for Sales, Energy Level.

  • Prospecting Skills, Selling to Customer Needs.

  • Sales Planning, Territory Management.

  • Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, High Professionalism.

  • The ability to work productively with internal tech, product, content and creative teams.
