CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER - DUBAI 

End-of-studies internship - leading to a hiring opportunity 

 

Daxium Software Middle East provides business mobile applications on smartphones and tablets, configurable for their needs. They help them to manage their external activities by optimizing the performance of their teams in the field: sales force in-store and nomad, merchandisers, technicians, auditors…

Key accounts: L'Oréal / Sephora / Redbull / Dior / Chalhoub / Veolia / Enova / Alstom / Aswaaq / AF compressor / Michelin / Cartier… 

 

POSITION

1/Project management

Project configuration and implementation for key accounts (ability with technologies)

Training of app users and project follow-up with head office
Success story presentations for customers’ managers

 

2/Business development
Being the main point of contact for our customers
Understand our customers’ processes to set up recommendations
Find new business opportunities with our current and new customers
Reach monthly, quarterly, annual objectives (sales, new business, customer’s retention)

 

PROFILE

Enrolled in a master program in Business (Tech-Oriented)

High sociability and communication skills are important

An ability to work in a team under deadline pressure

Fluent in English and French - Arabic is a plus

High organization skills and attention to detail Proficiency of MS Office Package
