The Leap Nation is a food-tech startup that is redefining the food and beverage industry. We create and operate virtual food brands from third-party smart kitchens platforms. We currently have 5 brands that operate in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, London, Kuwait. More brands are planned for this year and more cities including Riyadh and New York. We are on a mission to create the next global restaurant chain, virtually!

  • You will be the voice of the customers in the company

  • You will plan the strategy for research function and outline action items. 

  • You will employ a wide range of research tools including focus groups, user interviews, online surveys, online user reviews, market and competitor research. 

  • You will create an insightful, relevant analysis of user feedback, user journey, brand perception, market needs and trends

  • You will turn consumer research findings, market data and industry knowledge into actionable insights

  • You will analyze and understand what drives loyalty to make recommendations on the retention plan

  • You will develop written reports to convey findings and recommendations to the growth and operations team.

  • You will craft personas and other “information radiators” (e.g. journey maps) to communicate insights across the teams.

  • You will develop processes to collect user feedback (using NLP or other methodologies) on a regular basis.




  • Bachelor's Degree in market research, consumer research required

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in research, marketing, branding or consulting role within the food and beverage industry.

  • In-depth understanding of the F&B consumer and the ability to translate this into actionable recommendations.

  • A talent for seeing the patterns behind data, and understanding what these patterns might mean for consumers and the companies serving those consumers.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively, both independently and in a team environment, in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadline pressures.

  • Proven intellectual and problem-solving skills to really get to the heart of critical business issues.

  • The ability to communicate difficult concepts in a clear, straightforward way.

  • Exceptional communication skills, written and oral.

  • Demonstrated presentation skills for large audiences and individual clients
