PERSONAL ASSISTANT - DUBAI 

Full-time position - reporting to the General Manager

 

A startup that provides business mobile applications on smartphones and tablets, configurable for their needs. They help them to manage their external activities by optimizing the performance of their teams in the field: sales force in-store and nomad, merchandisers, technicians, auditors…

Key accounts: L'Oréal / Sephora / Redbull / Dior / Chalhoub / Veolia / Enova / Alstom / Michelin / Cartier… 

 

POSITION

Responsible for HR administrative (visa, insurance,...)

Suppliers' payments recovery (payment reminders and summary report)

Financial reporting or other fairly basic excel 

Other admin tasks  (appointments organization, meeting minutes...)  

 

PROFILE

Excellent communication skills (email writing, customers meeting minutes, etc.) 

Excellent organisation skills (handling flawless agenda for the GM)

Excellent attention to details (mistake free reports)

Experienced as an assistant 

1-2 years of experience in the UAE

Proficiency of MS Office Package

A great taste for numbers
