Sales Manager - DUBAI 

The Rhinos Group is an operational marketing agency, specialized in loyalty programs. It is 20 years of expertise, +50 million in turnover, 3 regional offices and 130 employees. To support their growth, they are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager justifying 5-7 years of experience in business development roles for SaaS companies. 


Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned markets. Establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.

Reporting to the general manager, the new sales manager will:

  • Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of services, or other subjects of sale.

  • Developing action plans to penetrate new markets.

  • Providing timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.

  • Maintaining sales volumes, product mix & selling price with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators & competitors.

  • Complying with all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensuring that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

  • Providing timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

  • Accomplishing business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans;

  • implementing sales plans;

  • Managing staff, meeting sales goals, selling to customer needs, sales planning, building relationships, managing processes, market knowledge, developing budgets. Financial Planning and Strategy, Marketing Concepts, Positioning, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Understanding Customer’s needs, Product Development, Client Relationships, Creative Services.




We are looking for candidates with the following skills:


5-7 experience with enterprise software solutions for large, complex organizations

Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management, CRM, CMS and other software

Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements

Proven leadership and ability to drive sales & marketing teams

Customer-centric, priorities and organisation

Writing, speaking, analysis skills

Pro-activity in the coordination of project teams

Interest in new trends and innovation

Fluent in French

Team player

Creative mind
