The Business Developer is cultivating and maintaining relationships among business partners in the KSA market, and developing strategies to increase revenue for the company.

The role requires sourcing and growing the Partnership portfolio of Retail, F&B, Wellness & Beauty, Leisure, Services & Merchandise in the KSA market. It is expected to have a focus on hunting new business. Finally the Business developer ensures an excellent client experience at all times and works in collaboration with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition of accounts into the business.


  • Developing growth strategies and plans to increase retail/service portfolio,

  • Secure new retailers and service providers to join the network portfolio (redemption partners, deals & special deals, aspirational rewards, discount offer and merchandise),

  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients,

  • Increasing client base,

  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition,

  • Writing bespoke business proposals,

  • Negotiating and follow up with stakeholders,

  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs,

  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams,

  • Following industry trends locally and regionally,

  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements,

  • Promote effective teamwork and spirit of partnership,

Partner store management

  • Maximise the company POS instore visibility,

  • Create and manage regular communication plan between partner stores and the company,

  • Conduct Training for partners,

  • Maximize store activities through events, social media competition, newsletter,

  • Communicate ad-hoc business opportunities to partners,



  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English.

  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

  • Proven sales track record.

  • Experience in customer support is a plus.

  • Market knowledge.

  • Communication and negotiation skills.
