SALES & GIFT ADVISOR - Riyadh & Jeddah - Full time 

 

MyList KSA is looking for a successful, enthusiastic, hard-working Gift Adviser who shares our passion for Gifts and Customer Service. The candidate will represent MyList products and services in working directly with customers and company partners. The role is to provide excellent levels of customer service – by providing product information and resolving any product complaints/issues. 

MISSIONS

DEVELOP NEW CUSTOMER BASE & DEVELOP SALES

  • Create and maintain a close relationship with all existing and new clients

  • Increase the number of referrals & Sales

  • Identify opportunities to engage directly with customers using sales techniques via email or phone

  • Handle Mylist promotion through various channels (events, fairs, workshops)

  • Personal shopping sessions with customers

  • Conversion of potential clients into Mylist customers: gift registry services, favours, corporate gifts..

  • Reaching & exceeding targets given by the management on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

CUSTOMER SERVICE

 

  • Assistance to handle customer relationships, follow-up with clients and partner stores

  • Assistance for orders, deliveries

EVENTS

  • Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits

  • Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders

  • Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality

  • Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc

  • Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations

  • Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities

  • Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize events

  • Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the

  • event day

  • Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes

  • Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest

PROFILE

  • 2-3 years of experience within the customer service field

  • English & Arabic Speaking – Reading and writing

  • Must be a strong-minded, creative, attention to details, strong customer service

  • Attentiveness, time management skills, clear communication skills
