PR & MEDIA SPECIALIST - DUBAI - Temporary contract
The PR & Media Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing the Noor brand PR & Communication strategy in the UAE and KSA in collaboration with the Marketing managers.
To increase brand awareness, the PR & Media specialist:
- Attracts and engages target audiences across magazines, influencers, sampling and social media channels to support the business objectives.
- Works on online and offline channel strategies and implement them.
Draft and manage the PR strategy and budgets (in collaboration with Marketing and Communication managers &
Brief the external PR agencies handling media relations and provide the necessary support to help them
perform at their best.
Organize with the PR agency and oversee the PR editorial shoots with key magazines and web portals.
Generate new PR opportunities.
Organize and coordinate all PR events and press trips.
Report PR results monthly.
Maintain the relationship with influencers directly and generate non-paid activations.
Develop influencer digital activations and content creations campaigns.
Monitor and research market trends and competition.
Draft and manage the Media strategy and budgets (in collaboration with Marketing and Communication Managers and Finance team).
Contribute to briefing the Media buying agency and provide the necessary support to help them perform at their best.
Liaise with the different departments to secure the necessary assets to launch campaigns.
Manage the planning and performance of paid media (Digital/Social and Offline), track the ROI against well-defined KPIs and the digital/social media touchpoints’ full performance tracking.
Closely monitor the digital campaign implementation and results, especially on social media and search to secure the lowest cost per acquisition.
DIGITAL & SOCIAL MEDIA
Develop a social media strategy and set KPIs to increase brand awareness and increase engagement (in collaboration with Marketing & Communication Managers)
Manage digital platforms and social media channels regionally with a focus on Instagram.
Brief the social media agency to create content and ensure good coordination with the media agencies.
Track the performance of platforms and meeting KPIs.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree
Professional experience in a PR agency is preferable
Fluency in English & Arabic
Excellent communication & organizational skills
Based in Dubai regional office
Remote work accepted
