  • Be the marketing guru in the Company.

  • Set targets and develop strategies to acquire and retain users

  • Develop the entire user acquisition and retention funnel and dashboard

  • Achieve optimal CPI across various channels  

  • Develop user retention programs

  • Contribute to user journey and product development

  • Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.

  • Own the company’s marketing budget.

  • Review, create and publish all marketing material in line with marketing plans.

  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns (online and offline).

  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.

  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity

  • Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors

  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes

  • Drive organic growth strategies

  • Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums

  • Increase brand visibility and make some noise

  • Use analytics software to monitor the performance of website and mobile apps presence and make recommendations for improvement

  • Integrate content marketing strategies

  • Keep up to date with current digital trends



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a high pace creative marketing agency or team with significant experience in digital marketing.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing team and 3rd party agents.

  • Experience in marketing for e-commerce and/or mobile applications is a HUGE PLUS

  • Solid knowledge of social media campaigns and website analytics 

  • Budget management and planning (including managing total Marketing budget)

  • Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results

  • Exposure to digital and direct response marketing

  • Operational knowledge of techniques required for market research and analysis

  • Strong analytical and project management skills

  • Confident and dynamic personality

  • Familiar with growth hacking techniques, entire marketing process

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate, brief and manage agencies/freelancers, presentable and articulate person

  • High energy, self-starter eager to learn, strong analytical skills with high attention to details

  • Excellent English spoken and written, Arabic is a plus
